Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time (United States)
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after processing.
Most orders arrive in 8–12 business days.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 3–5 days to show updates after it is first issued — this is normal.

Delays
Holidays, weather and carrier issues can occasionally cause delays. If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, email us and we will check with the carrier for you.

Lost packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us for a free reship or full refund.

International orders
We currently ship to the United States. Delivery times for other countries are shown at checkout.
