Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

Changed your mind
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive the item.

Order not received
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us and we will reship it or issue a full refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship (usually within 24 hours of purchase).

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
